She holds a Nonprofit Management Certificate from Duke University, a Nonprofit Strategy Consultant credential from the National Association of Nonprofit Organizations & Executives, and a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Certificate from the University of South Florida. She is also a Certified Master Life Coach.
Dr. Bailey was awarded an honorary doctorate in recognition of her leadership, community impact, and contributions to community development and systems-level change.
