Why You Need a Consultant

Consultants help with a variety of issues. Examples include system development, strategy planning, staff and board training, team building, executive coaching, fundraising, prospect identification, grant writing, marketing, public relations, event planning, and more. They are a resource that provides an outside view of what could get your organization to the next level.

When Should You Consider Hiring a Consultant

Objective Assessments or Evaluations: By conducting an assessment, a consultant can recommend potential solutions based on facts instead of familiarity. In most cases, the issue presented is a symptom of a bigger more complex matter. Interim Leadership: A consultant can provide valuable experience and expertise between the transition of losing a key employee and hiring their replacement. Pivotal Development A consultant can be helpful when organizations are being established, advancing from one stage of growth to the next or during periods of exponential change. Scale Your Organization. A consultant can help you create a strategy to grow your organization to the next level; whether it’s adding new programs, hiring additional staff or fundraising efforts
