Dr. Tina Bailey is a Strategic Alignment Consultant and Architect working at the intersection of leadership, systems, and community impact.

With nearly three decades of experience across nonprofit, municipal, and cross-sector environments, she partners with organizations navigating complexity, growth, and change. Her work focuses on reducing operational chaos, aligning decision-makers, and turning vision into structured, executable frameworks.
Tina’s background includes managing grant programs for a local municipality, serving as a grant manager for a community foundation, supporting nonprofit founders through 501(c)(3) establishment, and helping organizations secure and steward over $600,000 in grant funding. This cross-sector perspective allows her to see organizations from multiple angles — strategy, compliance, governance, operations, and sustainability.
Her approach blends systems thinking, leadership alignment, and practical implementation. She is known for organizing moving parts, facilitating clarity in complex conversations, and designing structures that hold under pressure.
